Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the return. Banks may take an additional 3–5 working days to post the credit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it or send the missing parts at no cost. In some cases, a return may not be required.
