1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)

As a UK consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

When the 14-day period starts

  • For physical goods: from the day you receive your order, or
  • If you ordered multiple items: from the day the last item is delivered.

What happens after cancellation?

Once you notify us of your cancellation:

  • You have 14 days to return the item(s).
  • We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods back.

3. Condition of Returned Goods

To receive a full refund, items must be:

  • Unused and in resaleable condition
  • Returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts
  • Packaged securely to avoid damage during return transit

You may handle goods only to inspect them, similar to how you would in a physical store.

Deductions for diminished value

We may reduce the refund amount if returned goods have been:

  • Used
  • Damaged
  • Missing parts
  • Improperly packaged

4. Items That Cannot Be Cancelled

The following cannot be cancelled unless defective or not as described:

❌ Custom-made or personalised items

❌ Items already used, assembled, or showing signs of operation

❌ Consumables that have been opened (e.g., oil, spark plugs, lubricants)

❌ Electrical parts once installed on machinery

5. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel it immediately and issue a full refund.

Please contact us as quickly as possible to intercept processing.

6. Cancellation After Dispatch

If your order has already been dispatched:

  • The parcel will need to be returned to us once delivered
  • Return postage may be deducted if you cancel due to change of mind
  • Full refunds are provided for cancellations under the 14-day right to cancel, excluding optional express delivery charges

(Free standard delivery is always refunded.)

7. Refund Processing

Refunds will be sent to the original payment method only.

Refund timelines:

  • Within 14 days after we receive your returned item(s)
  • Banks may take an additional 3–5 working days to process the credit

We will confirm your refund by email.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items (Not a Cancellation)

If your item arrives:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Not as described

Contact us within 48 hours, and we will arrange:

✔ Replacement

✔ Repair

✔ Full refund

✔ Free return label or collection

This is covered under your UK Consumer Rights and is separate from the cancellation policy.
