1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to:

✔ United Kingdom (Mainland UK)

We do not ship to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or international destinations at this time.


2. Processing & Dispatch Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
  • Orders placed after 3pm are processed the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Standard tracked UK delivery: 3–7 working days after dispatch.

Delays may occur during:

  • Peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday)
  • Public holidays
  • Severe weather
  • Courier operational issues

We will notify you by email if unexpected delays occur.


4. Delivery Costs

Standard Delivery (Mainland UK): FREE (£0)

Some heavy or oversized machinery may have additional handling charges. Fees will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.


5. Order Tracking

All orders are shipped with a tracked courier service (Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, or similar).

Your dispatch email will include:

  • The courier name
  • Your tracking number
  • A direct tracking link

You can use this link to monitor your parcel in real time.


6. Missed Deliveries & Undeliverable Parcels

If a delivery attempt is missed:

  • The courier may leave a calling card or send a notification.
  • You may be able to reschedule delivery or collect from a depot.

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address
  • Missed collection
  • Refusal of delivery

We can resend the parcel. Re-delivery fees may apply.


7. Changing Your Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address:

  • Before dispatch: we will update the address if possible.
  • After dispatch: the courier may not allow changes. If the parcel returns to us, re-delivery fees may apply.

8. Damaged or Faulty Deliveries

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

❌ Damaged

❌ Faulty

❌ Incorrect

❌ Missing parts

Contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

9. Lost Parcels

If your parcel shows as “delivered” but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbours or safe places.
  2. Contact the courier using your tracking number.
  3. Notify us at contatct@icugardenmachinery.com.

We will open an investigation.

If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund.


10. Split Shipments

Your order may be shipped in multiple parcels if:

  • Items are large or heavy
  • Ordered items come from different warehouses

You will receive separate tracking numbers for each parcel.


11. Pre-order & Backorder Items

If an item is marked as pre-order or out of stock, the estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page.

You will receive a dispatch email when it ships.
