1. What products do you sell?

We specialise in home and garden equipment, including:

All products are sourced from reliable suppliers and meet UK safety standards.


2. Do you offer warranty on your products?

Yes. Most of our machines come with a 12-month standard warranty unless stated otherwise on the product page.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, not misuse or normal wear and tear.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We provide free standard UK delivery on all orders.

Express delivery may be available at checkout for an additional fee.


4. How long does delivery take?

Delivery time is typically:

  • 1–3 business days processing time
  • 3–7 business days delivery time after dispatch

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.


5. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Courier name
  • Tracking number
  • Tracking link

You can follow your parcel in real time.


6. Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we ship to the United Kingdom only.

International delivery is not available.


7. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

You can request a change before dispatch.

After dispatch, we cannot modify the address. If the parcel returns to us due to an incorrect address, re-delivery fees may apply.


8. What is your return policy?

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

We provide:

  • A pre-paid return label
  • Refunds issued within 7 days after inspection

9. How do I start a return?

  • Photos if the item is damaged or faulty

We will send you return instructions and a prepaid label.


10. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

We will arrange a replacement, parts, or a refund according to the situation.


11. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. Exchanges are available if the item is unused and in original condition.

If the item is out of stock, we can refund or help you choose an alternative.

14. Do you offer click-and-collect or in-store pickup?

Currently, we operate primarily online and do not offer in-store pickup.

Delivery is shipped directly to your address.
